Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all source code, designs, text, graphics, and educational materials provided by ARXXCC are our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

[4.2] CLIENT PROJECTS

Clients engaging our custom development services will receive usage rights to the final product as stipulated in their specific project contract agreement.

[5.1] SERVICE LEVEL

We strive to maintain high service availability. However, we do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Periodic system maintenance may be required and can result in temporary downtime.

[6.1] DISCLAIMER

ARXXCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not to limited to data loss, business interruption, or system failures beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
